How To Submit A Referral
When submitting a referral, please include:
- Insurance authorization (if required)
- Patient demographics
- Supporting clinical documentation
- If you are submitting referrals through hospital portals like naviHealth, CarePort, Allscripts, Aidin, or Ensocare, simply search for “Woundtech” and follow the steps to submit the referral.

What to Expect
- Patients can expect a phone call within 24 hours after the referral is received.
- We will schedule a virtual assessment, followed by the initial visit for treatment, usually within 72 hours of receipt of the referral.
Our referral process is easy and efficient.
We encourage the PCP office to send the referral along with the insurance authorization (if needed) to expedite the process.
